You must click on the green Check Out button, followed on the next page by the Confirm Order And Pay button to complete your registration.

You should receive a confirmation E-mail and separately, an invoice that you paid.
Please save both documents and read the information in the confirmation E-mail.
If you do not receive a paid invoice and the confirmation email, you are not registered.
